No Real Value

Virtual Currency holds no real-world monetary value. It cannot be purchased, sold, traded, or exchanged for actual currency under any circumstances.

Non-Transferable

Virtual Currency cannot be transferred between users or to any third parties under any circumstances whatsoever.

No Ownership Rights

You do not own Virtual Currency. We grant you a limited, revocable licence to use it solely within our platform.

Subject to Change

We may adjust, reset, or remove Virtual Currency at any time without prior notice or compensation to users.

Any attempt to sell, trade, or assign Virtual Currency in breach of these Terms is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of platform access.

When using BlueberryGames, you agree to behave responsibly and lawfully at all times. You specifically agree NOT to engage in any of the following:

All content, features, and functionality on BlueberryGames are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Our Ownership

BlueberryGames and its licensors hold all rights, title, and interest in and to the following:

  • The platform's design, layout, and user interface
  • All games, graphics, animations, and audio content
  • Underlying software, code, and proprietary technology
  • Trademarks, logos, and all associated brand elements
  • All text, images, and other content on the platform

Limited Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to modify, copy, or distribute any platform content; use any content for commercial purposes; remove proprietary notices; or create derivative works.

We make no warranties that the platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Fitness for Purpose

We do not guarantee the platform is suitable for any particular intended purpose or use case.

Non-Infringement

We do not warrant that your use of the platform will not infringe upon any third-party rights.

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, fully secure, or entirely error-free operation at all times.

We do not warrant that the platform will be free from bugs, viruses, or potentially harmful components, or that any identified defects will be corrected promptly.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BlueberryGames, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data; loss of use or goodwill; business interruption; or any other tangible or intangible losses arising from platform use.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlueberryGames, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your use or misuse of the platform; your violation of any provision within these Terms; your infringement of any third-party rights; your breach of any applicable laws or regulations; or any content you submit or transmit through our platform.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for termination may include but are not limited to violation of any provision within these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity of any kind; conduct harmful to other users or platform integrity; requests from law enforcement or governmental authorities; extended periods of complete inactivity; or technical or security concerns requiring immediate action.

Upon termination, your right to access or use the platform ceases immediately.

⚖ī¸ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions or principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Finland, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of these Terms continues in full force and effect.
